Rogith is an electrical engineer with a strong background in electrical systems, energy systems, and motorsports. Electrical Lead for Team Sea Sakthi, representing India at the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, where the team secured victories in the Design, Innovation, Communication, and Town Hall Cups. Has extensive hands‑on experience developing electrical and energy systems for electric boats, go‑karts, and Baja vehicles. Also worked as an engineer with E1 Team Blue Rising, contributing to five podium finishes.

Jairish is a mechatronics engineer and racing pilot with multidisciplinary experience in electric marine and two‑wheel motorsport. A former racer and Team Captain of Team Moto KCT (MotoGP student bike), with multiple competitive. Jairish was also Material Analysis, Design & Manufacturing Lead and Pilot for Team Sea Sakthi, India’s official entry at the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, where the team secured the Design, Innovation, Communication Awards, and Town Hall Cup. Now Team Monaco’s Strategic Performance Analyst and Team Mechanic, his focus is on optimising performance, ensuring reliability, and race execution for high‑performance electric race boats.
